Terms of Service

By accessing or using Merqora (https://merqora.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Merqora is a B2B local business intelligence web application that discovers publicly listed businesses, inspects their public websites for technical and SEO signals, calculates opportunity scores, and generates outreach pitch angles.

2. Account Registration and Security

You may sign in using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Merqora only for lawful B2B prospecting and research purposes. You must not:

  • Use contact details discovered through the platform to send unlawful spam or violate applicable anti-spam regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local telecommunications laws).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass rate limits and search quotas on the Merqora platform.
  • Share or resell a single user account across multiple unauthorized organizations.

4. Subscriptions, Quotas, and Billing

Merqora offers a Free Preview tier and paid monthly plans (Starter ₹599/month, Growth ₹1,400/month, and Agency ₹2,499/month). Each plan includes a monthly search quota that resets every 30 days. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer of Warranties

Merqora aggregates data from publicly available business listings and live websites. Because third-party websites change frequently, Merqora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any business listing, email address, phone number, or AI-generated summary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merqora and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or abuse platform infrastructure. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
